Hi, I am so glad you’re here! My name is Heather, and my husband, John, and I are your local flower farmers. Brook and Blossom is a small family-run flower farm in Pomfret, Vermont. We sell our flowers through a Flower CSA, Woodstock’s Market on the Green, a la carte/ DIY wedding flowers, and roadside flower stand.
Time and time again, we see people's faces light up when they are around flowers. Flowers are magic, joy, beauty and peace. They surround us during the most special moments in our lives and ground us in the present. Having a bouquet of flowers on the table makes us smile, feel more calm and special. Flowers are incredible, and it is the biggest joy to grow them for you.
Our sweet family is a huge part of who we are and what we do. We have three kiddos who bring a ton of joy and chaos to our days (and we are here for it!) We cherish sharing our flower farming journey with them. We show them what it is to work hard and chase your dreams.
At the end of the day, if we have dirty hands and happy hearts - that’s pretty darn wonderful.
