The Flower Stand is always first come first serve, so visit us early for the best selection! Our Flower Stand is located in Pomfret, VT - just outside of Woodstock.

Dahlia Tubers

If the mom in your life loves to garden, give her the gift of a season of blooms. Scoop up a few beautiful dahlias tubers to gift her this Mother’s Day. For this year only, our tubers are a steal at $6 each! You can also purchase a bulk pack of 10 for $50!

Flower CSA

A Flower CSA is a bouquet subscription. Every week of your chosen Flower CSA, the lucky recipient will receive a farm-fresh bouquet of flowers, all grown right here on Brook and Blossom Farm in South Pomfret.

Yoga in the Flowers

Grab one session or sign mom up for our ‘Endless Summer Pass' - 5 monthly classes all season long. Yoga in the Flowers is an hour-long yoga session in our flower fields followed by a farm tour and invitation to pick your own bouquet. It is an evening of amazing self care and would make an incredible Mother's Day Gift.

Mother’s Day Minis

Join us for a special photo shoot on the flower farm. Create a lush tulip bouquet as Kimberly Chu captures each sweet moment. This is a gift you can enjoy on Mother’s Day itself, and also for years to come when you look back on your photos and smile.
