  • DO YOU OFFER FULL-SERVICE SERVICES OR INSTALLATIONS?

    No. We only offer à la carte florals for pick up on our flower farm.

  • HOW LONG WILL THE FLOWERS LAST?

    Our wedding and event florals are intended to be at their most beautiful bloom stage for your special day. You can expect them to last through your event and potentially another couple days.

  • WHAT KINDS OF FLOWERS CAN I EXPECT IN MY EVENT/WEDDING?

    We are a cut flower farm and will be using flowers directly from our fields for your wedding or event. At times, we do purchase flowers from neighboring flower farms, but this is at our discretion.

    We do not guarantee specific flowers, but you can get an idea of what flowers will likely be in bloom on the date of your event by taking a look at our Bloom Calendar.

  • CAN YOU DO FLORALS IN SPECIFIC COLORS OR DESIGNS?

    For 2024, Brook and Blossom is offering a limited color palette and one general design. Our services are best suited for those who are flexible with their colors and flower varieties.

  • WHEN SHOULD I PICK MY FLOWERS UP? HOW SHOULD I STORE THEM?

    We recommend picking up your personal flowers (bridal bouquets, flower crowns, corsages, etc..) the day before or day of your event. If you are picking up a DIY bucket, you may want to pick up 1-2 days prior to your event so that you will have time to put together your beautiful blooms!

    When you do pick up your flowers, it is best to keep them in a cool, dark space. Please do not put them in your refrigerator (some fruits emit gases which can harm flowers and some refrigerators are just too cold for flowers! Brr..)

    All florals will be in containers for transport.

    Please be sure to keep flowers in fresh water as much and for as long as possible.

  • HOW DO I GET MY FLOWERS?

    You may pick up your flowers on our farm free of charge. We offer pick up Thursday or Fridays between 8am-3pm.

  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY FOR WEDDINGS/EVENTS?

    Weddings and events florals are paid for in full at the time of purchase. This allows us to purchase materials that are specific for your event ♥️

    Wedding/event orders can be cancelled up to 60 days in advance, minus a 10% fee to cover administrative and hard goods costs. Once your event is less than 60 days away, we are unable to refund your order or change your event date.
