Mother’s Day at Brook and Blossom
Hello Flower Friends!
It is the beginning of April. The snow has melted and been replaced with mud and we are getting ready for the season ahead! John and I are busy finishing last minute farm projects, starting seeds, transplanting seedlings and weeding our high tunnels.
We are also eagerly preparing for one of our favorite holidays - Mother’s Day!
I am a mom to three kids. I have an 8yo, 7yo and 3yo. Being a mom is the most challenging, confusing and gutting things I have ever done. It is also utterly magical. It is sweetness and love, growth and bravery. Heartache, happiness and beauty. It makes me question everything and nothing. I absolutely love my children and love being a mom.
And now, as a flower farmer, I have the amazing privilege to grow flowers that celebrate motherhood and moms in all forms.
As you begin to think ahead to Mother’s Day, we are excited to share our Mother’s Day offerings with you:
PREORDERS
Preorders open Sunday April 12th
Quantities are limited, so please purchase early to secure your flowers (sign up for our newsletter to get access to early shopping & friendly reminders!)
We offer free pick up at the farm Saturday May 9th or Sunday, May 10th or $20 for delivery on Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 10th)
Luxury Bouquet: A bountiful bouquet of spring blooms wrapped in both tissue & kraft paper and tied with a ribbon. $75
Locally Made Vase Filled with a Spring Bouquet: An incredible vase created by Fiona Davis of Blue Plum Pottery filled with spring flowers. Two sizes: Small, $110 Large, $150
Mom’s Favorite: A dozen speciality tulips wrapped in kraft paper $35

Our Flower Stand is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm. The Flower Stand opens for the season Mother’s Day weekend! You can find directions & learn more by visiting our Flower Stand page.
Mother’s Day Weekend, you will find luxury bouquets and our classic wrapped bouquets. We love to stock our stand with lots of bouquets so you will have a rainbow of options to choose from!

Mother’s Day Minis: A mini photo session with the wonderful Kimberly Chu. Give the mom in your life a gift she will cherish forever - the memory of a photo session with her loved ones & beautiful photos she can enjoy for years to come. Yoga in the Flowers: Every month we offer Yoga in the Flowers. Kelley Boymer leads a nourishing yoga practice in our flower fields followed by a tour of the farm and opportunity to pick your own bouquet. Dahlia Tubers: Do you have a mom in your life who loves to garden and grow her own flowers? Head over to our Dahlia Shop and scoop up a few beautiful dahlias tubers to gift her this Mother’s Day. For this year only, our tubers are a steal at $6 each! You can also purchase a bulk pack of 10 for $50!
